![]() Once effortless movement rippled through the flow of people Like waves following one another, Interlinked as they arrive at the many shores of deliverance An invasion of turning cycles, the sight magnificent Hundreds of wheels turning life forward on its momentum Even the Humble automobile was forced to give way to this brazen carefree attitude Perhaps there were just too many of them to do combat with Gasoline burns out anyway not like the sea of bicycles they return with the tide They once moved forward with effortless determination, a wave powered by human spirit and mixed emotion, turning these wheels of numbered souls Another cycle of life was ending, as it surrendered to a new era and as another no better now begins |
