The London Development Agency (LDA) is inviting proposals from organisations/consultants to establish a pan-London Chinese Umbrella Business Network to promote and support the diverse and growing Chinese business community.

The Chinese business community plays an integral part of London's economy. However take up of mainstream business support provision amongst the community continues to be low.

Chinese businesses still encounter disproportionate barriers to the development and growth of their businesses particularly in securing private and public contracts, accessing start up and quality business support.

This project will directly support Chinese businesses throughout London by improving access to information, networking, access to business opportunities and promotion of mainstream business support provision.


How to apply

Applicant must refer to the Project Specification and Project Guidance (paying particular regard to the evaluation critera).

Please send six hard copies of the completed project proposal form, together with the mandatory attachments detailed on the proposal form in an envelope or parcel to:

take up is low, and they are insisting on SIX hard copies of the form? surely they should be making it easier?

This write up conveyed all the hallmarks of unneccessary red tape and people whp don't know what they are doing.
