Does not do anything to me.
I too was tempted to watch this after all the media hype.
She has a strong voice and her first note was impressive but after that it was all downhill. No expression or feeling in the way she sing.
I think there are many better prepared talent about.

I enjoyed it a lot and found it very moving. You're a bit late telling us about it though - the whole world already knows about it. It was shown on Britain's Got Talent over a week ago and had been viewed over 30 million times on Youtube.

Here is a clip of Cry Me A River recorded by Susan Boyle 10 years ago.

Her singing is definitely exceptional.

Wow ... over 50 million hits now on Youtube for videos on Susan Boyle !

However, I think, she has now got a serious challenger from a 37 years old Welsh man winning Britain's Got Talent show. His name is JAMIE PUGH who appeared in the ITV's show on 2nd May 2009. Jamie sang "Bring Him Home" (also from the musical 'Les Miserables') and you can watch it on Youtube vide: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e1KHRf02ups&feature=related.

Jamie Pugh's piece is impressive, but not as impressive as Sue Boyle. She has beaming personality.

It shows that passion inspire great things, and there are great songs in Les Miserables.

I came across Sue Son's violin performance after watching Jamie. It show cased Sue's technical ability, but I prefer Chun Xue Ping's violin performance which was technically and aesthetically great!

The reaction of the women in the audience before Susan Boyle performed is deeply interesting.

It revealed the strength of feeling of body image towards other women, and indirectly towards themselves. Women generally have a greater fear than men of how others see them. Surprisingly, the threat comes from women much more than men.

I never got what was so great about her. Her voice is excellent, like a million and one other singers out there. It's just that those million and one singers also had a beautiful face, and because the mindless masses associate appearance so much with talent, they were surprised with Susan. That is the only novelty in her.

Where are the cheer-leaders of Susan Boyle?

Susan Boyle is now paying the price of 'success'. Failures and successes has a price.
