Hi,
Does anyone know of any recommended make-up artist in London who would come to my house and do my wedding make-up. I would personally do this myself, but i would throughly like to relax and enjoy on the day! Any suggestions greatly appreciated! :D |

I had a makeover done at aveda for my wedding and the makeup artist offered to do the make up at my wedding and come to the house.
I think it's always good to check out how they do first, and I thought the girl from Aveda did a good job. The makeover was 'free' but I had to buy some products which I used at my wedding anyway.
Best of all the products are all socially and environmentally friendly. |

Hi Katie,
I will be glad to help. I know of a very good ' make-up artist '. She is a graduate with a degree in Special Make-up (Film/TV) from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, and has worked in the wedding industry overseas before she came to the UK for further studies.
Can you please write to me to my e-mail address below:
sunnyoyk@yahoo.co.uk
and I will be delighted to provide you her details etc.
Look forward to hearing from you shortly. _________________ sunnyoy |

If anyone in this Forum (or you know someone) is looking for a Make-up Artist, I would recommend Natasha Huang. She was recently featured in BBC Video Nation/Silk Screens and her film is entitled 'Portraying Another China'. You can watch her video, visit:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/videonation/articles/u/uk_portrayinganother.shtml
Her credits include:
(1) Miss China Beauty Pageant (Europe) 2007;
(2) Miss China Beauty Pageant (UK) 2007;
(3) Monkey: Journey to the West (2007/2008);
(4) Madam Butterfly (2008);
(5) King Lear (2006). |

Hello,
I had Wing-Sze Tang do my hair and makeup for my wedding, as have a few of my friends. Comes highly recommended. She is based in London. Her prices are reasonable and she uses only branded products. Her website is: www.wingszemakeup.com Email her at: wingszet@gmail.com

I have mine done by Irene Tan at

She is very good and is very natural when it comes to makeup. You will still look like yourself, only more elegant and glamorous. Very good at highlighting your best feature.
Highly Recommended.
