posting image function doesn't seem to work?

hi

i wonder if you can help me..

i try posting an image using the 'Img' icon. but the image doesn't seem to show.. i know the link works as i posted the same image before online. would you please kindly advise what i have done wrong?

here is an image, as an example:


what have i done wrong?
