Is there any BBC out there who can't speak any Cantoneses/Madarin and they don't know anything about Chinese culture?

If you know some one or you are the person in this situation, would you like to find out more about Chinese culture or your roots? And Why?

What do you think if there is a Chinese Culture Center in the City? Would you use it? What do you think the Center should include? Language, Chinese Medicine, Theatre...etc?

Final question, do you work in the city and what's your english collegue think of this idea?
