My girlfriend and I have just got engaged... I really want to have a Chinese element to the wedding (I'm British born Malaysian Chinese, girlfriend is English)

Could anyone please suggest a wedding venue in London or elsewhere in England that has an Asian theme? Would prefer to get hitched in Malaysia but its proving to be pretty costly...

First of all congrats to you. As your gf is from England, she must have good knowledge about english culture. And I hope she will help you a lot in planning the type of wedding that you are looking for.

Though, I cannot suggest you the venue but you can get your food arranged from the China Town that is in London for authentic Chinese food.
