Hi folks,

I was using my search engine to track down cookery classes and stumbled across this cool website!!!

How apt cos I am desperately trying to locate a college/restaurant/qualified chef who is willing to train me on cooking dim sum and/or chinese baking. I have books already but am looking for some practical guidance, or maybe even a qualification.

My mother insists that all those in the know work in London (I'm in Scotland) or back in Hong Kong but location doesn't put me off cos I am keen to learn!

If you know anyone who can help or have any suggestions, please reply. It would be much appreciated!

You might like to also get in touch with the Chinese National Healthy Living Centres (CNHLC) and the (london based) Chinese Takeaway Association.
