All,

I was wondering whether anyone who learn't cantonese chinese used the UKFCS textbooks? If so could you provide me with an indication of what level the textbooks provide? If you go through all books will that provide you with enough chinese characters and grammer to read menus, newspaper, etc? Does the book have cantonese and mandarin pin yin?
