| Some people like to scatter the remains in the sea or in a field, and treasure the memories of the person in photographs and media recordings and so on. |

The older generation of Chinese has a fear of their remains being scattered into the wilderness??? Do ask anyone older enough to be your grandfather and failing that your great grandfather.
The answer to your question, xi, is in UK, it is difficult to find a suitable home for the traditional chinese belief, in the treatment of cremated remains.
In London, there are some Buddhist temples who will allowed you to store or site the cremated remains with its premises. However, this is ad hoc and do not have any legalised format or contract. Also, it can be rather expensive
Most people with connections still in HK or the Far East, takes the cremated remains to HK or Singapore or Malaysia, etc, and site the cremated remains in buildings specially designed or designated for this purpose |
