This were lax with the banking, and now this shows just how lax our government has been in certifying educational institutions.

This is only to be expected. I think student entry visa has always been a weak point for UK but was largely based on "presume honesty" system. I apply for job once with what I thought was good Chinese-UK company in Oxford! When I got there for interview found eveyone was "students." I was only one in the room with UK passport even including the MD.
Many "colleges" set up as part of people trafficing crime and also defraud honest student who come here thinking they are coming to prestigeous University only to find is small house or workshop. Poor student not know how to tell parents they been cheated and turn to crime and buy forged degrees. I have heard of this many times.
I hope more rigorous regime will prevent many people from being cheated. |

Honoured Kang,
小春 send you message. She is well and want you to know:
“是啊,尽管我走过的山谷死亡的阴影,我将不怕邪恶,因为我最大的私生子山谷中.”
You understand message?

| Old kang, spam is nicer in sweet & sour curry not in leathers. Very indigestible. |
