A forked tongue would mean that you are saying that I am a liar which is coming on a bit strong!

I am just saying that I don't like Karaoke. Is that a crime?

A forked tongue means you are speaking with insincerity.

It is not a crime to tell us you hate Karaoke, but keep such negative feelings to yourself, as we don't want to, nor do we need to hear that from you.

The devil speaks with a forked tongue.

666, If you use 666, others can assume you speak with a forked tongue.

Anyway, I agree with you, there is nothing so boring that when you are a company of friends, there is nothing to talk about but mimicking songs.

The first karaoke dinner I was invited to, I was so bored that I made sure I do not accept another of these dinner again.

I have a group of people that meet every Fridays, for two hours for some healthy exercise, and lunch. Often, there are so many interesting topics that the two hours were never enough. We have been having these sessions now for the last six months and we have not got bored yet.

However, it is a useful venue if you are entertaining business clients from China. It appears that karaoke is a very 'China Chinese' thing.

I didn't say I hated Karaoke just that I didn't like it. Surely I am just as entitled to express a viewpoint as you? Or don't you tolerate dissent?

Edwina are you back to being moderator again? I thought that was already over?

666 has as much right to express an opinion here as you or I and thats why we live in a democracy not in a totalitarian state where people with your censorship mentality have power to threaten free minds.

Not at all Medialies.

You are the most successful dictator on this board.

When you start making noises, all conversations grind to a halt here.

Once again Edwina, you contradict yourself without even knowing it and make it so easy for anyone to not help but laugh out loud at you.

Pls tell me how can i be a dictator when i was the one highlighting the fact that 666 has a democratic right to post on here their views unlike your "dictatorial" approach ie telling others to keep their views, that you dont like, to themselves?

Everyone can see that here in your OWN postings so what do i need to add? Yep, it seems your bizarre logic has landed you in it again. You must get bored of being ridiculed with your own words right? Smile
