British or Chinese marriage - which one?

So, with only a few friends that have been through the western experience, I was wondering what type of wedding you'd opt for, Chinese or British?

What are all the ceremonies and details that you have to go through for a Chinese wedding? My friend only bothered to do the tea ceremony at his mainly British wedding. As a BBC, do you think it's a shame to lose those traditions, or are they just boring and old fashion?

I am fascinated as a to know which one most people favour. Would you only have a chinese ceremony to please your parents? Or would you truly want a Chinese wedding over a British one because of the way you have been brought up?

I personally want to get married in an Elvis drive through, cos the thought of any ceremony fills me with fear! Go on, tell me it's not so bad!
