Ben Bradshaw has written to communications watchdog Ofcom and asks where the Chinese are in the media.

It's about time. Let's hope casting directors and producers start to change the habits of a lifetime and stop excluding Chinese talent.

Its not only amongst the loveys, Chinese Business People should be promoting, asserting and authenticating their businesses amongst the European communities. I visited nearly twenty Chinese Restaurants in Glasgow on Monday or was it Tuesday? Not one had a Dual Language menu!!!! To the European Hanzi is like a work of Art and truly it is. Ok, the diner's would be taking the menus home as a souvineer of a Chinese Dining Experience, but so long as they leave their spendings (and a good tip for the staff what the hell!).

If you are in business of any sort take a look at our new project 英國中華商務指南 (which is in its infancy but if any dimsumers in business want to post a freebie we would be glad to hear. www.conbhaill.info

Best wishes
