I would be very grateful if you could give me your dumpling recipes..I love dumplings and love to cook them for a very special guy in Meiguo..I even have my own dumplings..xilaren dumplings I call them because they are Chinese on the outside and Xilayu on the inside.. :P

i notice no replies to this humble little post..it isn't a problem that I am a guoilao is it lol?
At least I can say I am a ji dan lol..yellow on the inside and white on the ouside? Well that is what my Zhang Fu calls me any way.. :oops:
