have u heard that Chinese farmers have been told to grow potatoes and not rice as they will survive the droughts better? http://news.independent.co.uk/world/asia/article2864186.ece

that would be my worse nightmare. Can you imagine chips with everything?

Potatoes in a casseroles and stews are delicious.

Fried potato-mince beef cakes are great.
