The autumn is settling in again and I am feeling a little bit tired. I drink a lot of tea, eat a lot of sandwiches to give me energy boost and to keep warm but lately this is not working very well. It may be because I am getting too much electromagnetic waves from the monitor, so I have been taking little naps
Have you got secret formulae you want to share? |

Try ginseng tea. You can get sachets of instant tea granules and keep them handy. If you find it too bitter then a small amount of honey will take the edge off. Works well with me.
Also, I make sure I eat a hearty breakfast and a light lunch so I get through the morning without resorting to snacks and nothing heavy for lunch so I don't fall asleep.
In the afternoon, I drink the ginseng tea. |

Thanks for reminding me to try the ginseng tablets in the cupboards! Best before 2004 1 chocolate biscuit to go with the tablet, another and another..... I think it works |

bananas are a mood booster and so is dark choccy!!
Also, if you are feeling more tired than usual, maybe you are lacking iron? Take multivits A-Z or you can be real healthy and eat spinach which is rich in iron
If its that time of the month then take more vitamin B6 complex |

| 15-30 minutes sparring seems to work for me, get's rid of any stress and certainly get's the adrenaline going. When you need a pick me up and you're in go slow mode there's nothing better than a crack round the head to wake you up to get you going. |
