The autumn is settling in again and I am feeling a little bit tired. I drink a lot of tea, eat a lot of sandwiches to give me energy boost and to keep warm but lately this is not working very well. It may be because I am getting too much electromagnetic waves from the monitor, so I have been taking little naps Wink
Have you got secret formulae you want to share?

Try ginseng tea. You can get sachets of instant tea granules and keep them handy. If you find it too bitter then a small amount of honey will take the edge off. Works well with me.

Also, I make sure I eat a hearty breakfast and a light lunch so I get through the morning without resorting to snacks and nothing heavy for lunch so I don't fall asleep.

In the afternoon, I drink the ginseng tea.

bananas are a mood booster and so is dark choccy!!

Also, if you are feeling more tired than usual, maybe you are lacking iron? Take multivits A-Z or you can be real healthy and eat spinach which is rich in iron Very Happy

If its that time of the month then take more vitamin B6 complex Very Happy

15-30 minutes sparring seems to work for me, get's rid of any stress and certainly get's the adrenaline going. When you need a pick me up and you're in go slow mode there's nothing better than a crack round the head to wake you up to get you going.
