I know we should conserve the environment and healthy seafood is becoming rarer but I want to know the name of this shellfish I saw in HK market on TV yesterday. I have only tasted it once.
It is quite small, no bigger than a small oyster. The shell is black and it looks like the horn of a buffalo or a belgian mustache. Does anyone know the name for it. Do they still serve it in chinese restaurant?
In case you do not know what I mean by a Belgian mustache you can look it up here.

The Cavalier mustache without the beard on the chin has a better outline for its shape.
