I've been to some chinese baking classes back in HK and had so much fun learning to make pork buns, taiwanese pineapple tarts and cocktail buns, I want to learn more! Since returning to the UK, I've been unsuccessful in finding chinese cookery classes in London.

Anyone know of any? Anyone got the talent and thinking of setting some classes up? I'll help you!
