Grocers in Hertfordshire Area?

I have just joined this site. We moved to Hemel Hempstead last November from Dallas Texas.

I have always enjoyed Chinese food but after visiting China when we adopted our daughters, I wanted to learn more. I would love to take a class but have lot of cookbooks which has worked fine.

In Dallas I shopped at Chinese grocery several times a week. Here I have not been able to find one close to use on regular basis. I have been to Wing Yip in Cricklewood, Hoo Hing in Enfield and Oriental City which I guess has closed now.

I heard there was one in Watford or Bushy area but have not been able to find it.

Any recommendations for grocery in Hertfordshire area?

I have a friend who lives in Hemel/Berko and she shops at Wing Yip in Cricklewood as it's the only decent one around, so I'd probably say stay shopping there.
