Hello, i'm a relative newcomer to chinese food as a BPC (british partner of a chinese!) Very Happy

Over the past couple of years I have become addicted to dim sum.

Just wondering whether there are any dishes I have missed out on.

My top 5 are:
1. congee with duck and egg
2. siu mai
3. cha siu bau
4. ha cheung fun
5. turnip cake

Ok there's many more like sticky rice and ha gau too that I enjoy but i would say the above are my top 5.

Also are there any that are healthier with perhaps more vegetables in that I am missing? However I'm not a fan of mushrooms / dongu (they grow in the dark!)

As a daiih-so-gwai-lo maybe I'm not going to try chicken feet yet, and my girlfriend has relented in pestering me to try for now.

The places we go are usually either in Chinatown or Swiss Cottage or Baker Street. And occasionally to Hong Kong and nearby parts of the mainland for mega-food-feasts!
