Hello to all, my name is David and I work for BBC London News. I am currently working on a project called Video Nation.
Video Nation is a BBC website that hosts short videos that have been made by the public. The intention is to provide a short insight into peoples lives and to give members of the public an oppertunity to air their views or simply tell a story.
At the moment Video Nation London is concentrating on the Olympics London and Beijing. So this is a general invitation for anyone who would like to film a short piece for BBC Video Nation the website about any aspect of the Olympics be it Beijing or London. (Equipment provided)

This BBC site is quite interesting. You can view short films (about two to five minutes duration) made by the Chinese communities in Britain about their lives and aspirations etc.

Found them quite interesting to see and hear the makers of these short films in 'BBC Video Nation' and thought they might be of interest to readers in this Forum.
