Hi guys

I organised a film festival called Tiger Festival to showcase some films from the Far East.

It's in London at the ICA on Thursday 29th May - June 7th and Brighton from June 9th - June 24th at the Duke of Yorks (tickets available from those cinemas box office).

Some parties around London and Brighton as well.

thanks for taking time to view our sites and hope you would like to come to the festival - its a film lovers festival.

We are showing, from Hong Kong, the dark and gritty DOG BITE DOG (with the one and only Edison Chen) and Johnnie To's MAD DETECTIVE.

Another chance to see both ASSEMBLY and THE BANQUET (the 2007 Tiger Festival audience favourite) on the big screen.

For those casting the net wider than Hong Kong / China, our opening film is a Japanese fairytale tragedy musical! MEMORIES OF MATSUKO premieres in the UK at last!

Guest director Im sang soo will be on hand to introduce his film THE PRESIDENTS LAST BANG - in fact, for those cineastes among you, it will be the first time that the uncut version is shown outside of Korea (why is there an uncut version? google it to find out the history!).

Actor Dida Diafat will be on hand to introduce kickboxing biopic CHOK DEE.

Just when you get bored of the films, then we have a few parties, including an after party for Chinese hip hop doc FOLLOW YOUR HEART, at Plan B Brixton.

Theres also a MEET THE DISTRIBUTORS forum where you can come meet people from Sony Pictures, Metrodome, Third Window, Yume, ICA and all the UK labels who distirbute Asian films.
