Hi All,

My blog, Madam Miaow Says, has somehow managed to get through to the finals of the US-based international Weblog Awards for Best Culture Blog.

Voting is now open (until Monday 12th Jan). It would be most appreciated if you could check it out, and if you like my blog do please vote for me. This would be a good marker for British Born Chinese as I can't see any other Asian contestants in this category. In fact they're a bit thin on the ground, although there is a Best Asian Blog category you might want to explore.

As in certain Amurkin states, you can vote more than once. Once per 24 hours for eight days. Smile

And a note to let you know that I'm writing and presenting a half hour profile on Hollywood legend Anna May Wong on BBC Radio 4 next Tuesday 13th January at 11:30am. I'll post a thread with more details in a few days.
