There's no special way to talk to white people!!! It's not about race or colour! You should be yourself with anyone you meet whoever they are! Anyone regardless of race can pick out an insincere person pretending to act a certain way when communicating with them. Relax, lose your assumptions about what it is like talking to "white" people - I totally agree with Songbook!

scarlet,

ethnic people who talk to white people in the 'normal' way are those that can ONLY talk to white people.

starlet...would you talk to a white person as you would to a black or an indian?

Normal topics that white people talk about at work:

1. last time they got pissed.
2. Their divorce and how much that has cost them.
3. how much dept they have
4. where they are going on holiday (in that order)

normal topics indians talk about:
1. marriage
2. work/job/money
3. religion and how much they dont really give a sh*t about it anymore
4. more about marriage

Starlet are all you mates white?? just be honest and say yes. And are you the ONLY chinese friend that your friends have? how does it feel to be a token?

what a joke...

Well all I can say is that you clearly do not get out enough! Indians friends I socialise with do also talk about those things you listed:
Quote:
1. last time they got pissed.
3. how much dept they have ... (I think you mean "debt" here)
4. where they are going on holiday (in that order)

And it might be a shock to you but white people also talk about
Quote:
1. marriage
2. work/job/money
3. religion and how much they dont really give a sh*t about it anymore
4. more about marriage

I consider them all topics of common interest to everyone on the face of this planet.
I'm not willing to drag this discussion to a personal level as you clearly are I'm afraid!

One question- why on why eye-candy hasn't left this country? Clearly he detest England, with his ill-thought ideas. If he hate England and white people so much, why doesn't he leave and live somewhere else??????

As far as I'm aware all people are able to talk about anything if willing. What about the Bridget Jones syndrome - wanting to get married to anyone? That's put up as a white woman complex, although it's a caricature.

If you want people who talk about politic, arts, culture, science, current affairs, psychology, travelling, life, philosophy, religion, what is the meaning of life, why do we live, how do we live, what is the purpose, how are we going to end up - well, find people who will talk about it and you'll get surprised - they come in all walks of life and in all shapes and colours.

The only advice is to be yourself and find some decent people to be it with.

you make them sound like foreign devils like it was the boxer rebellion all over again.
They are people just like you. I think the only recourse to you is to open up and and talk to people, from everywhere

To eye_candy1870,
Is there something wrong about having only whites for mates?
How does it feel to be a token?Well, I don't know.
I just know what it's like to be a human(with friends). Exactly how old are you anyway,Eye?
Please reply(don't care if you don't want to give me your age but tell me why a BBC should be embarassed to tell people that all their friends are white)
