This is a fashion styling feature in LifeStyle where I will be sharing images of my outfits. Similar to the Street Style Lookbook, albeit you are only following me on a daily basis.

In the sample Street Style Lookbook entry, what I wore were items from various designer labels. So for this update, I would like to return to reality and showcase my high street collections. It is important to remember designer labels are not the only garments that are capable in creating stylish looks. This is what I have come up with today:

Hooded Cape and Leather Bag from 5cm (HK), Kaikai Kiki pin from Japan,

Shirt by Uniqlo +J collection, Suit Jacket by Unconditional, Skinny Jeans from Topman,

Brogue Shoes from Office

The only designer item I have for this outfit is the suit jacket by Unconditional, but in truth, I could have replaced it with any black fitted jacket from Topman and still have the same effect. I have deliberately kept a dark tone for the entire outfit so I can make sure the pair of red brogues becomes the focus point. I have also added an extra bit of colour to the upper body by sticking on a small pin by Takashi Murakami against the dark grey of the hooded cape.

There we have it, a sharp look without spending hundreds, or thousands, of pounds on designer labels. If matches accordingly; high street items can just be as effective.

Thanks! I don't really have a style icon and i tend to drift from one style to another from time to time. Having said that, I do admire Tom Ford as he has achieved everything I wanted to do. Graduated from an Architecture school, went on to become a successful fashion designer and now a movie director.

wow...These red brogue shoes really lift up the whole tone of this outfit!
It looks like they have been purchased from some designers' brand. Really nice colour matching!!! Love it!

This could be the new Bullington cronies style, just needs the Bryon pose to complete the image hehe. I think it looks sharp.
