This is a traditional, combined style of wu shu from north China, passed on to this generation by my sifu, Master Chan Tin San. It originated from the Ch'an Buddhist temples of ancient China. The emphasis is on spiritual, psychological and physical development. All students learn to defend themselves properly. This is not a sport, there are no'grades' only hard work. Shaolin Lomgfist and Yang style Tai Chi Chuan form the basis of the style, together with internal and external chi gung and a number of weapons. |
