I think the site is really good. It is really welcoming to different races and those of different cultural backgrounds. What I found so nice was the paragraph on Who's Chinese? I am European White and my boyfriend is a British Born Chinese. This site reinforces that some of us out there are not racially Chinese but live lives that is highly influenced by the Chinese way of life whether it is language, food, customs or religious beliefs. It makes me feel very much involved and a part of it rather than being an outsider stuck in the middle of it all. Thanks for the site and I'll keep posting!! |
