The Save Chinatown Campaign was formally set up on 24th November 2004 in a public meeting at the New Loon Fung Restaurant on Gerrard Street.  The aim of the campaign is to save the eastern part of London Chinatown from demolition and redevelopment.

Dimsum readers can have their voice heard by participating in the 'Save the Chinatown' campaign over the coming weeks. This weekend, there will be a petition to sign if you are in London Chinatown.

You can also download and sign the postcard that is currently circulating around Chinatown here. the document is in pdf format and is 332k - so please bear with the download time if you are on a modem.

Please send it onto Save Chinatown Campaign, 14 Featherstone Road, Southall, Middlesex UB2 5AA.

Join in the protest and preserve your community area!
