In what we expect to be an apology to the Chinese community for the article by Charles Campion entitled "Chop Phooey" published by the Daily Mail on the 7th August 2002, the "Why Charles Campion Is Wrong" Campaign, report that a "Balancing Article" is to appear in the Daily Mail on Friday 20th December.
