In traditional Chinese medicine, black-bone chicken is believed to be nutritious as it can promote blood circulation.

Where can we get this in London? Have been searching in all main Chinese supermarkets for a long time but have not come across one. Would love to try this receipt.

It would have to be a brave restauranteur to serve this dish, because the skin will be bluish-grey coloured.
