CU Dimensions, the first Chinese wellbeing community, iscelebrating its first event in London to promote wellbeing and work-life balance. The event will be held on Saturday 22/11/2008 (Saturday 17/01/2009, see here for changes) in one of London's top organic restaurants, Core Grill in Paddington.

There will be about 200-300 people joining this exciting event. The programme includes healthy food tasting with organic selection; inspiring speeches from two famous guest speakers, live performances, fun networking games and much more. The complete programme will allow attendees to enjoy some great food, make new friends and have a lot of fun.

Enjoyment of a happy and healthy lifestyle is the core reason why CU Dimensions exists. CU Dimensions, founded in October 2008, aims to promote wellbeing and work-life balance and organises regular events and activities for Chinese and non-Chinese people who are interested in a healthier lifestyle.

Apart from the well designed programmes and fantastic food, the backgrounds of the two speakers are definitely worth mentioning! Ms Ching-He Huang is the BBC celebrity chef for "Chinese Food Made Easy" TV programme. Ching-He is also a graduate in economics, and has a passionate interest in Chinese food and culture; furthermore she also publishes cookbooks.

Mr. Leonard NG works as a partner in a large US law firm, he is also a musician and writes and performs his own music in London. Interestingly enough, one of them dedicates herself to the world of food, while the other has a strong interest in discovering the soul and understanding how to balance two demanding jobs. These two dimensions of our guest speakers will allow our attendees to think about how to better balance work and life, body and soul, and prepare themselves with a better urban style of living.
