First of all, I would like to apologise for not updating this blog as frequently as I should over the past month. I have been more of a football fan than a fashion blogger all through June so I am blaming my inactivity as a stylist on the World Cup! Anyhow as a gesture to show for my regret, I have prepared four outfits, each different from one another in terms of items but they are all in a similar summer style. Clockwise from top right Shirt by Paul Smith; Bow Tie and Skinny Jeans from Topman; Belt from Zara Shirt by Dior Homme; Bow Tie from Topman; Skinny Jeans from Cheap Monday; Shoes by Loake Shirt by Agnes b Sport; Jumper and Trousers by American Apparel; Sweatband by Nike; Shoes by b Store x Dover Street Market Shirt by Der Sammler Solo; Rug Sack by Nike; Skinny Jeans by Topman; Sneakers by Swear As you can see from the photos, I have been a big fan of roll-up this summer, not only trousers but also T-shirts and Shirts. I did not like rolling up the sleeves of my shirts before because I thought it would make my arms look overly skinny. But now I have figure out a way to do it, which is to roll them up to the point they cannot go any further so my arms will look as if they fit perfectly in the sleeve. I know it is still too skinny but they just look healthier, at least that is what I believe. In terms of colour, why not try wearing a floral print shirt while it is still hot on the fashion agenda. Most men try to avoid pink or floral print items because they think it is too feminine. However, if we can get over that perceived judgment, men can look fantastic in a floral print shirt. |
