The Chinese Monitoring Group, Min Quan, is a community-led legal and civil rights centre that helps individuals with regard to racial harassment and immigration and asylum. It organises weekly advice sessions in central London (Chinatown). They take place every Sunday between 12:00pm to 4:00pm at 19 Whitcomb Street, London, WC2.
