Palace of Puzzles - a celebration of Chinese culture and the life of James Legge

On Saturday 26 September the town of Huntly in Aberdeen will be host to a most unsual spectacle as it celebrates its unique link between its Scottish borders and the Far East. 

As homage to their ancestor, the nineteenth-century missionary James Legge, the locals of Huntly will stage a traditional Chinese mourning ceremony,accompanied by Scottish music, led through the town square by Beijing artists Deng Dafei and He Hai of The Utopia Group.
